Each staff member is a part of the team to accomplish the Mission Statement of the store to: equip, edify, and minister to the Church and society through retailing of products that promote Christian and family values. Cedar Springs Christian Bookstore has been a partner in ministry to churches and individuals in the Knoxville, TN area since 1976 by Curtis and Lois McGinnis. In our three store locations the Bibles, Christian literature and music that have left our stores have met the needs of people not only in our community but also throughout the world and we pray will continue to do so.

Employee Orientation Period
To enable each employee to achieve high standards of performance, CSCS provides a thorough orientation and training program that begins on the first day of employment and continues for a period of 90 days.Each new employee will be provided with information about CSCS personnel policies, benefits, and other information that will help acclimate the employee to the job and help him or her adapt quickly, gain confidence and enjoy success in the job.
